"Frequently Asked Questions"

Q: Is Connor enjoying his little brother?
A: As far as we can tell, yes! In the beginning he was very cautious with Liam and enjoyed observing from afar. Now Connor gives Liam kisses and cheers him on when he plays with his mobile in the playpen!

Q: Is Connor really always smiling - as he is on the pictures?
A: With much pleasure, we are happy to say YES! - anyone who has met Connor knows.
We are very fortunate and blessed  to say that Connor is an incredibly happy, good-
humored child full of energy, making every day fun and exciting!

Q: Does Connor speak two languages?
A:  Yes, German (with his Dad) and English (with his Mom)

Q: Does Connor have a favorite song?
A: Not sure, Connor will need to answer that one himself. What we can tell you is that
he hummed his first song at around two weeks old and has been singing since! His
first musical recording was on January 1, 2007, when he sang Happy Birthday to his
Grandmom! On New Year's Eve 2008 we learned that Connor very much enjoys 'Classical'
music and has since expressed great interest in musicals such as 'Phantom of the Opera'.
In addition, Connor enjoys playing musical instruments. Having begun in December, 2006,
with a child's percussion set, he has graduated to playing the piano, a guitar, drums and
basically any other instrument (i.e. Church organ) when given the opportunity.

Q: Does Connor have dual-citizenship?
A: Yes, Connor has citizenship and respective passports for both countries.

Q: Does Connor have a frequent flyer card yet?
A: Actually, not yet, but he has already been on a plane, train, and in automobiles!
Quite the traveller, Connor has visited family and friends in Switzerland, Austria, the Canary Islands, Luxembourg, the United States, as well as further cities in Germany, including Munich, Düsseldorf, Aachen, Frankfurt and Bonn.

Q: Is Connor big for his size?
A: Yes! Since birth Connor has taken off in leaps and bounds!

Q: When was Connor's christening?
A:  On October 15, 2006, together with close family and friends, we celebrated Connor's
Christening with a beautiful ceremony lead by a very good friend Father Christoph
Kunz. The theme chosen is "With My Own Two Hands" based on the lyrics of a song
(see below.) We thank his godparents Carolyn and Uta, his grandparents, aunts,
uncles and friends for taking part in this very special celebration - the beginning of a
beautiful journey. (*Group photo now available!)

With my own two hands

I can change the world with my own two hands
Make it a better place with my own two hands
Make it a kinder place with my own two hands

I can make peace on earth with my own two hands
I can clean up the earth with my own two hands
I can reach out to you with my own two hands

I'm gonna make it a brighter place with my own two hands
I'm gonna make it a safer place with my own two hands
I'm going to help the human race with my own two hands

I can hold you in my own two hands
And I can comfort you with my own two hands
But you've got to use use your own two hands
With our own two hands In my own two hands
